New design for the site

Ahoy there!

As you can see I have a new design for the site but it’s not only the design what is new. I also did a whole new structure for the site.

I used an adaptive CSS grid system called Less Framework 4. Now the site is functional with the desktops, laptops, iPad, iPhone and other mobile devices. Less Framework was easy to use and learn and I really recommend to try  it.

I hope you like the new design and structure. Please give some feedback if you like it or you think there’s a way to improve the site somehow.

Triangles and citys

Almost a year ago I got an idea to do a typographic poster about the cities where I’ve lived. I tried a couple different things but wasn’t too excited about those and the project kinda faded into mist until some weeks ago I got an idea about this triangle-themed poster.
It was a good time to finish this project, print these posters and hang to the wall because we’ve just moved back to Finland with my girlfriend.

BTW I also decided to add a new “interior design” category to blog because I was thinking to share some interior stuff from our home with you.

A virtual cook book cover

Last week I had a change to design some cook book covers as virtual set props for IKEA Communications. These virtual props are to be used in 3D product images. It was a blast to design these book covers from scratch and here’s my favorite.

Kouvola Snowboarders gallery

We used to do a lot of graphics for our local snowboarding association and when i was going through my old hard drives I realized that we should gather all posters, t-shirts, etc. to one place. i did most of the graphics together with my friend Ville and i got to say it was a blast!
